Who we are

This website (https://license.bwpexperts.com) is operated by BWP Experts (“we”, “us”, “our”). We develop and sell WordPress plugins, including Auto Writer AI and SC IndexFlow (Auto Indexer for Search Console). By using this website, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you buy or register. When you place an order we may create an account for you automatically and email your login details. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Plans, licenses & activation

Each paid plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key for the period shown at checkout (for example 1 month or 1 year) and, where stated, for a set number of websites.

• License keys are delivered instantly to My Account → License keys after payment.
• A license may only be used on the number of sites included in your plan.
• Daily limits (for example articles per day in Auto Writer AI) are part of the plan you buy.
• When a license expires, premium features stop working until you renew or buy a new plan. The plugin files you downloaded remain on your site.
• You may not resell, share, publish or sub-license your key, or try to bypass license checks.

Free trial

We may offer a free trial (for example the 7-Day Free Trial of Auto Writer AI). Trials are limited to one per customer. We may cancel trial keys that are created with multiple accounts or emails. A trial ends automatically — you are never charged for a trial.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. Sale prices and discounts are time-limited and cannot be combined unless stated.

Renewals

Plans are not renewed automatically unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. To keep using premium features after your license period ends, purchase a new plan or renewal from your account or our website.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our plugins or website to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights (including copyright);
• publish spam, misleading, hateful, illegal or harmful content;
• violate the terms of third-party services our plugins connect to (for example Google Search Console / Indexing API, Bing, Yandex or AI providers);
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer or copy our licensing system or services.

You are solely responsible for the content generated or published on your website with our tools, and for reviewing it before or after publishing.

Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services such as Google Search Console, the Google Indexing API, IndexNow, AI content providers and image providers. These services are provided by third parties under their own terms; their availability, limits and results are outside our control.

No guarantees of results

Our plugins help you create and submit content, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing by any search engine, or revenue. Search engines decide independently what they index and rank.

Intellectual property

The plugins, their code, design, documentation, branding and this website belong to BWP Experts and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license lets you use the plugin; it does not transfer ownership. Content you create with our tools belongs to you.

Referral program

If you join our Refer & Earn program, commissions are paid only for genuine, non-refunded sales. Self-referrals, spam, misleading advertising, bidding on our brand name and fake accounts are not allowed. We may withhold or cancel commissions and close referral accounts that break these rules.

Limitation of liability

Our plugins are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWP Experts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data or website downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Always keep backups of your website.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or cancel a license or account that breaks these Terms, is used fraudulently, or causes harm to us or others. You can stop using our services at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website or plugins after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
