Our approach

BWP Experts respects intellectual-property rights and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

What this policy covers

This policy covers content hosted on this website (https://license.bwpexperts.com). Our plugins run on our customers’ own websites — we do not host or control content published on those sites. If infringing content appears on a customer’s website, please contact that website’s owner or host directly.

How to file a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to our copyright agent that includes:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
3. the exact URL(s) on our website of the material you want removed;
4. your name, address, phone number and email address;
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Email: info@bwpexperts.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake; and your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore the material unless the complaining party informs us that it has filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts and licenses of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

False claims

Knowingly making false or misleading claims of infringement may make you liable for damages. If you are unsure whether content infringes your rights, please seek legal advice first.
